Positive: The on-demand shuttle to take my family around the property was greatly appreciated. It would've been hard to carry our equipment without it.
Negative: I was not too fond of our inability to reach a (live) person if we had questions about ski school. Only having an email option doesn't work for all circumstances.
Summary: The area was breath takingly beautiful.

Positive: The lift closest to the unit was not operating most of the week. There was also a constant rattling esp at night near the windows and awning. The unit was clean but carpet is dated. I know another owner in the building and felt the prices were too high for the value.

Positive: Excellent, very central location and great for winter or summer. The apartment was super comfortable with everything that you need to cook for yourself or order in, and the fact that laundry (washer and dryer) is in the apartment is fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the entire process of check in and check out was super smooth.
Negative: The carpet is the only major issue as it meets the doorways - needs to be repaired.
